The 2007 ORCS Rulebook is now available in HTML and in PDF format. Due to the number of errors in the rulebook a Rulebook Committee was formed to remove and change any and all typos, gray areas, or just vague rulings. The Rulebook Committee is scheduled to be done with the new Rule Book in 2010.
